Prices listed on our pricing page are accurate and up to date, and are calculated per day.

Once we have set up your web listing, we offer three advertising packages of your choice to meet a variety of business or services needs:
Basic Package - $399.99 Per Year
Mid Package - $599.99 Per Year
Pro Package - $799.99 Per Year
Please note: Pricing applies to one business location only.
Businesses with two or more locations are required to register each location separately and purchase an individual advertising package for each, based on their needs.
We offer a professional service to create and set up your business website listing for a one-time fee of $199.99 per business location. This fee covers the complete setup and optimization of your listing to ensure it meets your business’s specific needs.
All invoices issued by Smart Choice Directory are sent via email or text message through a secure server to ensure privacy and security.
Invoices that remain unpaid for 30 days after the due date will be forwarded to a collections agency. Additionally, any outstanding balances may be reported to the credit bureau, which could affect your credit rating.
Payments made to us via any form of payment for any type of service or services are non refundable. Please see your invoice for terms and conditions of payment.
Payments not made on time according to the invoice specific dates given to you at time of purchase of our services, will result in a temporary suspension of your service(s) and will be subject to a $35.00 fee to reinstate your online service(s) at Smart Choice Directory.
We encourage timely payment to avoid any disruption to your services and to maintain a positive business relationship.
Users may leave reviews and ratings based on their personal experience. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or violate our guidelines.

Any mistreatment or abuse of our employees during these interactions will be considered a violation of our terms. Such conduct will result in the immediate termination of any business relationship with Smart Choice Directory, including the permanent suspension of any listings or services on our platform.
By using our services, you agree to treat all employees of Smart Choice Directory with respect and professionalism. Any violation of this policy will result in swift action, up to and including legal action if necessary.
STAR RATING SYSTEM

1 - Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the implementation and enforcement of the Star Rating System applied to all business advertisements listed on the Smart Choice Directory platform. By maintaining an active listing, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.
2- Purpose of the Star Rating System
The Star Rating System is designed to reflect:
The quality of the working relationship between the business and Smart Choice Directory.
Responsiveness and professional conduct.
Reliability in fulfilling agreed services.
Timely payment compliance.
Customer feedback and overall service standards.
3- Relationship-Based Rating Criteria
The following performance standards directly affect your listing status and rating:
3.1 Communication Responsiveness
Calls and SMS messages made by Smart Choice Directory representatives to your business that go unanswered more than three (3) times will result in one (1) disqualifying point.
3.2 Accumulation of Disqualifying Points
Upon reaching five (5) disqualifying points, your advertisement(s) will be suspended for a period of thirty (30) days.
3.3 Failure to Honor Scheduled Appointments
Failure to honor scheduled appointments between your business and Smart Choice Directory—particularly when our representatives are required to visit your business location—will result in permanent suspension of services and a total ban from using the platform.
3.4 Payment Compliance
Failure to make payment in accordance with the issued invoice terms will result in an immediate fifteen (15) day suspension of services. Listings will remain suspended until full payment has been received and confirmed.
4 - Impact of Rating System
The Star Rating System may influence:
Public perception of your business.
Listing visibility and credibility.
Continued eligibility to advertise on the Smart Choice Directory platform.
Smart Choice Directory reserves the right to:
Monitor communication attempts and appointment records.
Enforce suspensions as outlined herein.
Modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Make final determinations regarding enforcement actions.
